1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Elephant Bet – Sports Events mobile application (package name: com.arvomobile.elephantbet), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARVO MOBILE LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Application. Your continued use of the Application following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Elephant Bet – Sports Events is a mobile application developed by ARVO MOBILE LTD that provides users with sports-related information and content. The Application is designed to deliver an informational and entertainment experience related to sports events.

3. Eligibility

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Use the Application to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Application;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Application if you are under 18 years of age.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of ARVO MOBILE LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The "Elephant Bet" name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks or trade dress of ARVO MOBILE LTD. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary branding of ARVO MOBILE LTD.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided through the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARVO MOBILE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the Application (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARVO MOBILE LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
